Boston gets an A in Life Sciences

According to a newly released study (2009) by the Milken Institute, Boston, Philadelphia and San Francisco, are slated as the most successful regions at sustaining and building value in the life sciences area. They were chosen due to the fact that their thriving life science sectors are buoying the economy even as the recession worsens. Boston also tops the charts at the National Science Foundation, securing funding for 27 percent of submitted proposals.
